Manpower have an exciting opportunity in NG8 to join a fast growing business as a Customer Service Advisor!\n\nDuties include:\n\nAnswering inbound queries via phone and email\nProactively solve problems and provide resolutions efficiently\nAdministrate returns, refunds and replacements\nProcess trade orders \nUpdate internal systems\nProvide high levels of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction\n About you:\n\nMust be able to work in a fast paced environment \nMust be able to work to your own initiative to ensure customers needs are met and customer service remains high\nMust have strong admin skills\nExperience in a customer service based role is desired but not essential as training will be provided\nMust have good communication skills, both written and verbalThis is a full time role, working the hours of 8:30am-5pm Monday to Friday and is office based in NG8, Bilborough.\n\nSalary: £22,000 to £25,000 DOE\n\nBenefits include significant discounts on products, gym memberships etc.\n\nFor more information, please reach out to Ella
