Sales Co-ordinator (Construction / Installations)

£25,000 - £26,000 per annum (depending on experience)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to prepare and manage quotes. In this entry-level role, you will work closely with experienced team members to ensure accurate and timely quotes for our customers while learning the fundamentals of pricing and customer service.

Key Responsibilities include:
* Assist with Quote Preparation: Create quotes by gathering necessary information from clients and internal departments
* Review Client Requirements: Review customer specifications, product details, or project information to ensure accuracy in pricing
* Data Entry and Maintenance: Enter and update customer and pricing information in internal systems, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date
* Co-ordinate with Management: Collaborating with senior staff members to ensure quotes are aligned with company policies and customer's needs
* Respond to customer enquiries: Responding to basic client questions about quotes, pricing, and product availability
* Follow-up on Pending Quotes: Track and follow up on open quotes with clients to ensure timely responses
* Training and Development: Participate in training to develop your understanding of the company’s products, pricing models, and quoting processes.
Skills and Qualifications required:
* Prior experience in an office environment or customer service role is required
* Previous experience of working in the construction or manufacturing/installations industry
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); experience with CRM or quoting software is an advantage but not essential

Working Schedule:
Working a traditional 8 hour shift
Working days - some flexibility with hours to suit
Working Monday to Friday with early finish on Fridays
