My leading client has an immediate requirement for an experienced IT Change Manager who ideally has experience on HR System Implementations, combined with a strong internal communication management. You ideally will have a really broad background and be able to pick up a range of IT change and system implementations and manage the internal communication, impact assessments through to coordinating training approaches.
