Salary: £176.90 - £244.99 per day

A dedicated school in Custom House is seeking a passionate SEND Teacher to join our committed team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of students with special educational needs and disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement individualized education plans tailored to each student's unique needs.
* Deliver engaging lessons across various subjects, including Maths, English, Music, to promote active participation and skill development.
* Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to ensure a supportive and cohesive learning environment.
* Utilize creative teaching methods to inspire and motivate students, fostering both academic and personal growth.
* Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet evolving needs.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in teaching students with special educational needs.
* Strong understanding of various SEND conditions and effective teaching strategies to support diverse learners.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
* A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach to teaching, with a genuine passion for supporting students with additional needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
