As a Housing Officer, you will play a vital role in managing the full lifecycle of tenancies, adopting a person-centred and preventative approach. Your responsibilities will include: Managing Adur Homes properties within a defined neighbourhood area. All aspects of estate and tenancy management. Rental income management, including supporting tenants with rent payments and managing arrears. Ensuring tenancy compliance and taking appropriate action where necessary. Maintaining the quality and safety of our properties and neighbourhoods. Anti-social behaviour management. Lettings and supporting tenants through their tenancy. Participating in a duty rota and out-of-hours service. What you’ll need: We are looking for individuals who are resilient, adaptable, and passionate about delivering excellent services to our residents. You will need: A good standard of education (GCSE or equivalent). Understanding of housing legislation. CIH level 3 (desirable) Experience of working in a housing management service.
