Are you passionate about building strong client relationships and driving success? As a Client Success Manager at FE fundinfo, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to connect asset managers with distributors across the globe.
The successful candidate will ideally work from the Woking office once a week (every Wednesday), but candidates based in London with occasional travel to Woking are also welcome.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse and highly skilled team, helping clients maximize the benefits of our innovative products and services. Your key responsibilities as a Client Success Manager will include:
* Accompanying our customers as they transition from sales prospects to active users of our products.
* Focusing on customer loyalty and building close long-term relationships.
* Proactively looking out for our customers’ business, suggesting new and innovative ways to keep them succeeding with our products.
* Keeping up to date with our range of products and our customers’ business needs to make relevant suggestions and recommendations.
* Monitoring and ensuring our customers consistently use our products and services to get the most value out of them.
* Coordinating with internal teams to connect our customers’ needs with our products and services development strategy.
You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Client Success Manager:
* A background within the fund industry, ideally with experience in the asset management, wealth or advisory sector and/or B2B customer success/client relationship experience.
* The ability to influence, negotiate, and persuade.
* Strong relationship-building skills.
* Resilience and the ability to navigate challenges effectively.
* Strong analytical skills and a good level of proficiency in Excel (part of the MS Office suite).
