Key responsibilities Strategic HR Partnership Partner with leadership to understand business objectives and provide proactive HR solutions to meet organizational goals Act as a trusted advisor, offering expertise on workforce planning, succession planning and organizational development Monitor and analyse HR metrics to drive data-driven decision making, provide regular reporting Lead HR projects, take ownership of HR specific projects. Employee Engagement & Retention Develop and execute initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction across the site Lead retention strategies by identifying key drivers of employee turnover and recommendation actions to mitigate risk Resolve complex employee relation issues, ensuring alignment with company values and culture Organisational Development & Change Management Support organisational change initiatives Work with Senior leadership to facilitate organisational redesigns Compensation & Benefits Provide guidance on compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent Support annual compensation planning Performance Management Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of performance management processes, including setting goals, conducting performance reviews and providing development feedback.
