£85 - £95 Per day
Responsibilities:
* Provide support to students with challenging behaviour in the classroom
* Implement behaviour management strategies as directed by the SENCO or classroom teacher
* Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to address behavioural issues
* Record and report on student behaviour and progress
Qualifications:
* Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting
* Understanding of behaviour management techniques
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
* Previous experience in a similar role preferred
* Knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures
* Ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues
* Strong organisational skills
* Level 2 or 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools
* Training in behaviour management strategies
Work Environment:
* Work primarily within a school setting
* May involve dealing with challenging behaviour at times
* Full-time hours with term-time working pattern
