You will either be a Home Manager who has experience of managing a residential home, ideally with 3 years experience. As the Home Manager, you will need to showcase your ability to lead a team of multi skilled professionals including a Deputy Manager, Unit Managers, Care Assistants, Administrators, Housekeepers, Catering and Site Maintenance Personnel. You will be accountable for all residents within the home ensuring that their emotional, physical and social needs are adhered to. Whilst also ensuring that the environment is compliant with the local governing bodies. Having experience of delivering a ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ CQC will be paramount to your success. The successful candidate will have a Registered Managers Award Level 5 and be able to evidence they have what it takes to run a successful care home in line with commercial and quality outcomes.
