The successful applicant will complement our Clinical Pharmacist and Pharmacy Technicians and should demonstrate significant experience in delivering a range of patient-facing services in general practice; be highly motivated and enthusiastic to support their primary healthcare team colleagues.

Aelfgar, Brereton and Hazeldene House Surgeries are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join the expanding healthcare team within our PCN. The post holder would be expected to work across the three GP Practices; Aelfgar and Brereton Surgeries in Rugeley and Hazeldene House Surgery in Great Haywood.

Experience
* Experience of influencing others

Qualifications
* Member of the General Pharmaceutical Council
* Car owner/driver or suitable alternative transport available to enable you to undertake the job
Knowledge and skills
* Specialist clinical knowledge acquired through diploma level training/experience
* Understanding of the issues affecting primary care, prescribing in primary care, and the NHS
* Ability to develop and maintain communication with people about difficult matters and/or difficult situations
* Ability to plan, deliver and evaluate pharmaceutical interventions and/or treatments
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
