My client is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their team in a busy office environment. The role encompasses a variety of business administration tasks, front of house duties, and operational support to departmental teams. Day-to-day of the role:
* Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities to facilitate the efficient operation of the organisation.
* Serve as the point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional front of house service.
* Assist the Partners’ PA with scheduling, correspondence, and other tasks as required.
* Support departmental teams with operational tasks, including document preparation, data entry, and report generation.
* Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.).
* Create and maintain databases and filing systems, both electronic and physical.
* Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a similar administrative role.
* Excellent keyboard and computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
* Familiarity with database systems and office management tools.
* Confident telephone manner and excellent customer service skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Good team player with a collaborative approach to work.
* Smart personal presentation.
