Job Description:
1. Designing and delivering training and development programs that align with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
2. Identifying needs for training, determining specific requirements, and creating a training plan that is within budget. This will include working closely with managers in the development required for their teams.
3. Conducting skill gap analysis.
4. Ensuring production training documentation and SOPs are correct, updated, and in line with requirements. Creating new SOPs for new machines/processes.
5. Onboarding and training new employees.
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications:
1. Previous experience within the Food Manufacturing Sector.
2. Experience delivering operational training or previous learning & development exposure.
