As the HR Manager/Business partneryou will be on hand to support each of the sites locations and ensure team projects and initiatives are completed in line with the People Strategic Plans. Our client is a trueemployee focussed business with a happy and progressive working environment The Role- Ensure all ER Casework is completed and in line with KPIs and SLA requirements Build a collaborative relationship with the management team and People Team to support the Groups growth and strategy plans Complete site visits, ensuring support to each area of the business is given face to face on a weekly/monthly basis Attend any ER hearings in line with the KPIs and SLA requirements Work with and provide guidance to management on managing absence with their teams, ER case handling and completing any necessary training to enable managers to manage their teams effectively Complete TUPE, restructures and redundancy projects as and when required Complete ER dashboards for monitoring headcount, absence, casework, exit interviews and weekly/monthly reporting Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (recruitment, training, performance evaluations etc) Complete People Team projects, ensuring this is completed in line with the People Strategy About you/your experience Ideally you will be CIPD Qualified with a generalist background, having a strong focus and solid experience of ER Casework and managing daily stats.
