We are looking to recruit a Front Desk Receptionist who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do.
Requirements:
1. Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
3. Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
4. Professional attitude and appearance
5. Solid written and verbal communication skills
6. Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
7. Excellent organizational skills
8. Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
9. Customer service attitude
10. High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
Work conditions:
$36,000 package which includes Hotel service charge, and salary.
Up to 5% of your salary each year in a bonus

Responsibilities:
1. Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
2. Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
3. Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
4. Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
5. Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
6. Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
7. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
8. Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
9. Update calendars and schedule meetings
10. Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
11. Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
12. Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
