Our client, a multi-disciplinary Consultancy, is currently recruiting for a Regional Manager to join their growing team in their Birmingham office. The Regional Manager will be expected to manage the day-to-day running of their Regional Team, providing technical training and guidance, customer care principles, and market awareness to support the Technical Director for their Region.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the technical aspects of Building Surveying and a thorough understanding of the processes and procedures, along with prior residential and insurance project experience as a Building Surveyor. Our client is open to Senior / Associate Building Surveyors who are working within the consultancy environment or for an insurance company looking to take on a managerial role.
Position Remuneration
* Salary: £60k - £70k DOE (Guide Only - DOE)

Position Requirements
* MRICS Accredited
* Prior residential, insurance, and contract administration project experience
* Experience and detailed working knowledge of departmental practices and procedures, supported by an awareness of the latest statutory requirements, technical publications, and guidelines to meet the technical demands of the Company's existing and potential client base
* Experience in managing a team to meet KPIs and productivity levels
* Experience in delegating tasks and project management
* Enthusiastic and committed to leading a team to achieve company objectives
* Good time management and solid organisational skills
* Specialist skills and knowledge relevant to the role
* Negotiation, supervisory, and leadership skills
* Ability to work to deadlines and within budgets
