We are delighted to be working with a really interesting North East organisation to recruit a Talent Business Partner. Joining the team at a time of evolution and transformation, the Talent BP will work closely with HR peers and the SLT to improve routes into the organisation for future colleagues, and the way people are onboarded for success. Working with the Head of People, you will develop and embed a Talent Management Strategy that sets out the employee value proposition, and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and other organisations including universities, apprenticeship bodies, schools and colleges to build future talent. In the first instance there is some basic work to do on recruitment process, and you will need to be happy to role up your sleeves and help through a busy period of recruitment and change whilst working on more strategic talent projects. The Talent Partner will own the talent management framework, a key strategic initiative that covers workforce and skills of the future, talent acquisition, performance and objective setting, talent reviews, talent development, and career pathways. This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Talent professional to work with a great HR leader in an interesting organisation, and really own something from the beginning. Strong stakeholder skills are a must, as it the ability to work at pace and previous experience in a Talent or OD role. This is a permanent opportunity starting in February.
