A specialist school near Salisbury is looking for dedicated Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join their team. This role is ideal for those with experience working with children with additional needs, particularly in a school environment.
The Role:
* Supporting pupils with Autism in their learning and development
* Working closely with teachers and SEN professionals to provide tailored support
* Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
* Full-time position – 37 hours per week
Requirements:
* Experience working with children with additional needs (essential)
* Experience in an education setting (preferred)
* Must be able to commit to 37 hours per week
* Must have a driving licence and access to a vehicle
* Ideally seeking a long-term or permanent role
* A patient, proactive, and compassionate approach
