Position: New Business Development Manager
Role Overview
The New Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our company by expanding existing customer accounts, maximising sales from inbound inquiries, and generating new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be tenacious, honest, well-organised, friendly, and target-driven, with a proven ability to achieve and exceed KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Account Expansion: Identify and develop opportunities within existing customer accounts to introduce and sell additional services, ensuring comprehensive account penetration.
2. Inbound Sales: Efficiently manage and convert inbound enquiries into sales, providing exceptional service and building strong relationships with potential clients.
3. Lead Generation: Proactively generate and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and leveraging industry contacts.
4. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organisations.
5. Meeting Coordination: Schedule and conduct meetings with target prospects to understand their needs, present solutions, and close sales.
6. Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up and engagement with prospects to drive opportunities through the sales cycle.
7. Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including pipeline generated and closed, number of new accounts won, meetings booked/held, and clients buying multiple services.

Requirements
1. Proven experience in a business development, sales, or similar role.
2. Strong understanding of sales principles and strategies.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
6. Driving Licence and vehicle.
