Our client, a leading organisation in the engineering industry, is seeking a dynamic and organised Office Administrator to join their team. Responsibilities:
* Welcoming and directing visitors with a warm and professional demeanour.
* Coordinating diaries, meetings, appointments, travel, and accommodation arrangements
* Handling clerical tasks including organising and filing documents
* Managing communication channels, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and implementing office policies
* Accurately inputting data into various systems and databases
* Providing administrative support to Project Managers, Directors, and colleagues across the organisation
Essential Skills:
* Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel and Word
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
* Effective written and verbal communication abilities
