We are seeking a Temporary Administrator to support the team in delivering high-quality administrative services to both the legal and health & safety departments. Key Responsibilities:
* Follow strict process guidelines to ensure accuracy and compliance in all admin support tasks.
* Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation.
* Use Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as SharePoint.
* Handle correspondence and respond to internal and external queries promptly and professionally.
* Provide general administrative support to the team, including data entry, file management, and meeting coordination.
* Assist with any ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
About You:
* Previous experience in an administrative role, with a proven ability to work to strict processes and deadlines.
* High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Strong organisationand multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
* Immediate availability to start and commit to the temporary role.
