What you’ll do as an HR Administrator
We are looking for a HR Administrator to be the first point of contact for resolving people queries and processing transactional requests. They will demonstrate knowledge in all people operations processes and technology, working collaboratively to provide an excellent employee experience.
In this role, you'll:
* Manage the People Team inboxes, provide first contact resolutions and escalate where required.
* Ensure right to work, visa, pre-employment and security update checks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
* Perform a wide range of administrative tasks that support employee lifecycle activities.Ensure complete and accurate employee data is maintained across our various systems for reporting and compliance purposes.
* Ensure the finance/payroll team are advised of new starts, leavers and other payroll changes in line with monthly payroll deadlines.
* Support benefit administration processes and act as the first point of contact for external vendors.
* Produce and distribute management information/reports, both regular and adhoc.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of people operations processes and the employee experience.
* Support the delivery of onboarding and induction
* Any other ad-hoc people administration tasks as required.
What you’ll bring
* Administration experience, ideally gained in an HR setting
* Knowledge and experience of using HR information systems (We use Ceridian Dayforce), including data input, retrieval and reporting.
* Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities simultaneously, with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong Excel skills with the ability to query and analyse data.
* Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative and resourcefulness as a self-starter.
* Committed to seeing tasks through to completion.
* Professional approach with the ability to handle sensitive issues and people data with discretion and confidentiality.
* Good interpersonal skills
