TSA Surveying are working in partnership with a Property Consultancy who have a specialist focus in carrying out stock condition surveys on social housing properties and are looking to appoint a Project Manager to oversee social housing contracts across the south of the UK.
Role and Responsibilities:
1. Carry out surveys to properties, including diagnosis of faults and failures.
2. Manage and coordinate a team of surveyors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
3. Ensure that services are provided in a way that keeps customers, colleagues, and third parties safe, and complies with HHSRS.
4. Act as the lead surveyor/DEA on new projects.
5. Maintain an up-to-date information system on stock condition.
6. Work in partnership with contractors and other stakeholders.
Experience And Skills Required:
1. Appropriate qualifications such as DEA, RdSAP, Damp and Mould, HHSRS are essential, including knowledge of construction technology relating to residential accommodation.
2. Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
3. Able to use a tablet to upload and store surveys.
