Mental Health Social Care Pathway
Permanent (home and office agile working available)
The role is to work as part of a team to administratively support the Mental Health Adult Social Care Pathway. A strong sense of teamwork and commitment to maintaining high standards is essential to this position. In addition, the post holder will be required to provide comprehensive and confidential administrative and clerical activities to meet the needs of various services; they will effectively communicate related information and advice to enable the teams to achieve operational excellence.
The post holder will be required to undertake general office duties and support the teams where required primarily with customer service and handling calls into the Social Care Pathway. The post holder will also be responsible for call handling, inputting data, data cleansing, maintaining records and providing support to the social workers as required.
All posts require suitable candidates who possess a good standard of literacy and numeracy, good communication and interpersonal skills, IT skills, including well-developed data entry skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, ability to multitask and prioritise own workload.

Social Work Learning Academy (SWLA)
On appointment, the post holder will be enrolled in the SWLA and aligned to the appropriate British Association of Social Work Professional Capabilities Framework. The relevant SWLA ‘stage’ (i.e. stage 1 (ASYE), 2 (Social Worker) or 3 (Advanced Social Worker) will also be agreed taking all prior Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and relevant experience into consideration.
