We are looking for a Graphic Designer & Artworker, supporting our marketing, comms & experience activity, reporting to our Global Marketing Manager based in the UK. K2 are looking for a first-class graphic designer & artworker guru to join our expanding colleague and client experience team. This in-house role will involve production of all visual concepts that inspire, inform and captivate, in a variety of different mediums, for a global audience. If your eye is drawn to digital details and you are creatively inspired, you may have what it takes to join our team. As our in-house design guru, you can put your eye for design to use and create beautiful supporting communication content to be used both internally and externally, for all our global offices in both a digital and print format. Main duties and responsibilities Collaborate with the immediate team and other global departments to brainstorm ideas, develop new approaches to creativity for the company. Design beautiful, innovative, interesting and effective graphics that are impressive and emphasise the company culture and service excellence. Clearly communicate and internally sell your concepts to stakeholders. Maintain the company brand identity through the support of all creative output. Support our social media strategy creating web optimised graphics that capture audience attention and increases brand engagement. Innovate our digital platforms with the progressive use of imagery and have a detailed knowledge of what makes content land online. Create designs that will elicit a positive response, communicate important ideas and share company values with viewers. Be responsible for creating and implementing designs into a digital platform where necessary – this will include email designs and web based content. Organise campaigns that utilise stunning graphics to create a positive impression of the company while promoting increased visibility. Collaborate with team members to ensure designs adhere to company standards, express desired ideas and represent services accurately. Innovate new and exciting visual designs that capture attention. Experience: Skills / Abilities & Knowledge – all essential Ability over previous experience longevity is essential – we are looking for raw talent, we can help teach the commerciality. An incredible eye for detail – with an ability to assess your own work prior to release. High skill level in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator & Adobe InDesign. Clean filing and precision artwork structures are essential for collaborative work. Sufficient knowledge to effectively format Microsoft PowerPoint & Microsoft Word. Excellent knowledge of WordPress and be able to create mobile optimised campaign pages that are aligned to your creativity. Excellent written and verbal communication skills – a keen note taker and sharer. Be able to follow processes. Clear communicator utilising project management tools. Highly organised.
