About the Role
Reporting to the Infrastructure Manager, you are responsible for the management and maintenance of the businesses’ websites and Digital Assets. The primary function of the role is to ensure the websites are up to date, optimised, and secure. In addition, this role is critical for troubleshooting issues, juggling multiple requirements, and managing multiple stakeholders both internal and external agencies.
In this role you will be expected to act as the point of contact and liaison for the marketing and Product teams for the Specialist Wholesale Group pertaining to issues, enhancements, and maintenance of their digital assets.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Manage Website Hosting and Server-side maintenance including DNS changes, New Domain management, website development support, UAT, migration and consolidation of Domains.
2. Partner with Bapcor Security team to manage and ensure Website Security and help monitor for potential security threats and vulnerabilities regarding customer data, payment gateways (Stripe, Braintree, SecurePay).
3. Manage and administer website technology, including plugins, integrations, APIs, iframes, and access keys.
4. Monitor website uptime, performance, and loading speeds using tools like Google Analytics, uptime monitors, or performance dashboards and communicate to teams as required.
5. Oversee the organization and management of the digital asset library, ensuring assets are easily searchable and compliant with licensing agreements.
6. Manage user accounts and permissions, granting appropriate access based on user roles.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital asset strategies.
8. Manage the successful deployment of project and change through to production, including active participation in transition to support.
About You
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Management, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in digital asset management or a similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of website technology and digital asset management systems.
4. Prior experience working with complex digital environments with a minimum 3 years’ experience in Web administration and Digital Asset management.
5. Hands-on experience in managing and migrating hosting environments.
6. Prior experience in consolidating and migrating CMS platforms.
