This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. We're on the look out for an Accountant to join us at Agility Eco This is a hybrid role based in our Sutton office. As an accountant you will be doing a range of accounting tasks, reporting and analytical duties to support the on-going operations of the company. This role reports directly into the Finance Manager. What you'll be doing: Support the invoicing and self billing processes for the Technical Design division. Ensure all monies from customers are collected in a timely manner and any issues preventing payment are resolved. Post journals to support accurate and timely submission of the month end close. Providing answers to questions from suppliers, customers and employees regarding invoices. Raising Purchase Orders in the Oracle System Support the onboarding process by working with internal and external stakeholders. Reconciling Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) to Finance System Any other task deemed reasonable by the Finance Director or Financial Controller What we need from you: Excellent numerical, communication and organisational skills. Understanding of financial concepts. Role would suit individual studying towards a recognised accounting qualification. Strong attention to detail. Organised and structured approach to work with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Confident dealing with suppliers and customers by telephone and email.
