Job Overview An accurate, confidential and supportive administration service for patients, clinical teams, carers and internal and external agencies (e.g. Local Authority, Third Sector, CAIS) in order to: Provide a safe and efficient patient pathway and provide information and appropriate support to families and carers. The post holder will support the delivery of a comprehensive high quality secretarial administrative service. Main duties of the job Working as part of a team the post holder will be required to provide an efficient and effective secretarial service to the team, supporting the delivery of a high quality service to patients and staff. Applicants must be extremely flexible to meet the needs of the service, have a pleasant personality and a positive approach to their work. Applicants must also have a good standard of education, be adaptable and have good organisational skills. Sufficient secretarial experience and knowledge of the Patient Administration System (WPAS) is essential. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
