Our client, a leading Oil & Gas operator, is hiring a Planner in Norwich.
Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented professional looking for your next challenge? We’re seeking a Planner to join our client's Planning & Logistics department, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of short- and long-term work scopes across our client's offshore assets.
What You’ll Do:
1. Facilitate and coordinate planning meetings across departments.
2. Develop, review, and maintain detailed work plans, ensuring feasibility within time and resource constraints.
3. Collaborate closely with onshore and offshore teams to align operational planning.
4. Monitor progress, identify potential delays, and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
5. Oversee logistical coordination, including offshore travel readiness, accommodation, and resource planning.
6. Administer key planning tools, such as MS Project, Primavera, Vantage, and Maximo/SAP.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Degree or equivalent experience in Planning, Logistics, or Oil & Gas.
2. Strong planning and scheduling experience, with proficiency in MS Project or Primavera.
3. Familiarity with industry systems like Maximo or SAP (desirable).
4. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
