Job Description
As a Temporary Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service. You’ll be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and maintaining the store’s appearance during our busiest times.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver exceptional customer service tailored to individual needs.
2. Support stock replenishment and floor organisation.
3. Ensure the store maintains high visual and cleanliness standards.
4. Handle transactions accurately and efficiently at the till.
5. Act as a brand ambassador, reflecting the values and ethos of House of Fraser.
Qualifications
1. Passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences.
2. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with customers.
3. Proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Flexible to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
5. Previous retail experience is beneficial but not essential – we’re looking for the right attitude and enthusiasm.
