We are looking to expand the tribe and bring in a new Key Accounts Manager to support our growth and continue the Two Tribes journey. This role will specifically target key on trade accounts, but you may well find yourself roaming across the capital, seeking out new relationships and strengthening those with our current customers. You’ll be working predominantly out in the field, but some time may be spent at our HQ in Tileyard, Kings Cross. The role: ● Maintaining and building relationships with existing on-trade multi operators, ensuring we retain the business whilst delivering incremental commercial and volume growth. ● Prospecting & winning new business that align with our overall sales strategy. ● Hitting growth targets. ● Co-ordinate with TT marketing department around annual activation plans within operators ensuring they profitably drive volume in line with brand strategy. ● Demonstrating knowledge of Two Tribes beers, and the beer & hospitality industries – winning hearts and minds out in trade. ● Sales negotiation and closing deals. About you: ● Sales experience managing multi site operators. ● Comfortable reporting both internally and externally on customer performance in line with budget, driving cost effective growth opportunities. ● Concrete understanding of commercials and different on-trade fascia. ● Creativity to drive value across a variety of channels. ● A leader and a great example to the rest of the team and business. ● Massive energy and a drive to win. ● A team player. ● A love for drink, food, people, and the hospitality business. ● Someone who loves building relationships. ● A great communicator. ● IT skills. ● Big on time management and organisation.
