We are working with a top-tier Employment team that is looking for a talented Associate to join its dynamic group. About the Team: This team is highly regarded for its expertise and extensive experience. It provides comprehensive national and international coverage, working with leading FTSE blue-chip organisations. The team is known for delivering strategic, pragmatic legal advice and building long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Offer strategic employment law advice and manage complex employment tribunal claims Handle cross-border issues, restructuring, redundancy and senior-level grievances, including discrimination and whistleblowing complaints Advise on executive-level employment matters such as recruitment, termination, compensation arrangements, bonus claims, team moves and enforcement of restrictive covenants Engage in high-value and High Court litigation Support clients in M&A and outsourcing projects Requirements: Minimum of 2 years' experience in employment law within a commercial practice Strong technical and market knowledge Experience with strategic employment law advice and complex tribunal claims Excellent communication skills and a team player Commercially aware with an understanding of large international firm operations Strong academic background Why Join This Team?
