The Repairs Team Leader will be responsible for a team of Trades operatives and surveyors carrying out repairs. This is a 3 month contract Repairs Team Leader duties: Manage the day to day delivery functions of the repairs service, ensuring works are completed in a timely manner, capturing costs and optimising incomes. Oversee a team of 5 trades operatives and 5 Surveyors. Responsibility for responding to complaints and enquiries from customers. Carry out Post inspections Sign off on Major repairs works.
