* 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (45-minute unpaid lunch break)
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the procurement of pharmaceuticals and medical supplies.
* Maintain accurate records of orders and inventory.
* Support the procurement team in managing stock levels and ensuring timely replenishment.
* Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth procurement processes.
* Assist with administrative tasks as required within the procurement office.
Essential Requirements:
* NVQ qualification as a Pharmacy Assistant.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records.
* Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
