What does the role involve?
You'll be part of our operations team who work together to keep our customers' fleets moving. You'll play a vital role in ensuring all our vehicles are safe and legally compliant, whether that be ensuring safety checks are booked and completed or repairs are scheduled in a timely manner to ensure vehicles are back out on the road. You'll work closely with our customers and suppliers to ensure we meet the standards our reputation expects.
We operate a hybrid approach to our ways of working, which will see you based from our modern office in Trowbridge a minimum of 2 days per week. You'll work Monday – Friday 37.5 hours per week (no evenings or weekends!).
Some of your key duties will include:
* Interacting with customers, drivers, and suppliers via telephone and email to ensure vehicles undergo repairs and compliance checks at the appropriate time.
* Creating and managing vehicle compliance schedules to ensure all checks are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
* Administering receipt of all relevant documentation and certificates.
* Ensuring our systems are fully updated to reflect the correct status of each vehicle and customer.
What are we looking for?
You're enthusiastic and enjoy delivering great customer service. You're also well-organised and have good attention to detail.
Also, we're looking for the following:
* An excellent communicator who's not afraid to challenge.
* IT literate, specifically in the use of Excel.
* Able to remain calm and professional whilst managing multiple tasks.
* While knowledge of vehicles is not essential, a keen interest in vehicles and compliance regulations will be considered a valuable asset.
