Red Rocket Group is looking for a new part time Property Manager to support our growing commercial property portfolio – do you have what it takes? About Us We are a thriving commercial property and investment business based at our custom-designed office in sunny Blackpool. Red Rocket Groups close-knit team manages a portfolio of clients ranging from sole traders to established brands and fly the flag for Blackpool. We also have a growing portfolio of small businesses under our parent company, so the work is diverse and varied – but always interesting. Our ideal candidate Experience with property software is ideal but not essential. You will have experience transacting BACs payments as well as experience of using online banking systems and managing and processing weekly payment runs. You will have outstanding IT skills with experience of using Microsoft office, specifically Excel to ensure that you are able to undertake all daily tasks are essential. A track record working in administration. Proactive and not afraid to pick up the phone. Able to wear several hats as this role covers several businesses under our umbrella so you will have to keep track of each individually. Be a confident communicator at all levels - we deal with clients ranging from sole traders to established brands. A little more about the role Itself Provide a professional and fully comprehensive Payments service, including processing invoices and dealing with supplier enquiries via email and telephone. Managing the bank accounts, bank reconciliation & purchase ledgers. Liaising with our associated business managers on all purchasing matters. Allocating payments and receipts. Chasing clients for all outstanding monies. Pre tenancy administration. Tenant Referencing. Tenancy agreement creation and signing. Liaise with Tenants & landlords, vendors, buyers & solicitors. Tenancy progression from offer to key hand over. Book viewings as required. Manage all maintenance reporting. What we are offering We will offer 21 hours a week based in our Blackpool office.
