Our client, a respected company within the financial services industry, is seeking a Client Support Administrator to join their dynamic team. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with at least two years of experience working within a financial adviser environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to both the Financial Adviser and Office Manager, ensuring smooth operations and excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Preparing client illustrations and relevant paperwork
2. Processing and following up on new business (both paper-based and online)
3. Handling fund switches and rebalances
4. Sending Letters of Authority to life companies and chasing up responses
5. Preparing and formatting suitability reports
6. Researching and completing Pension Replacement Contracts
7. Providing efficient administrative support to the Financial Adviser and Office Manager
8. Issuing policy documentation and obtaining valuations
9. Preparing death schedules for families and solicitors
10. Scanning and uploading all relevant documentation to client files and updating the back-office system
11. Maintaining accurate client data on the back-office system
12. Managing tasks and daily workload on the task management system
13. Assisting with the training of new team members
14. Ensuring client files are compliant with FCA and company guidelines
15. Preparing correspondence (letters, emails)
16. Communicating with clients and providers via phone and email
17. Conducting research when required
18. General office duties as needed
Key Requirements:
19. At least two years relevant experience within a Financial Adviser environment
20. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer
21. Experience with Intelligent Office, platforms, and provider websites is desirable but not essential
22. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
23. Ability to work to deadlines, prioritise tasks, and manage a varied workload
24. Keen eye for detail and accuracy
25. Willingness to learn and develop new skills
26. Able to work as part of a team, or independently when needed
