Position: Senior HRBP (UK & Ireland) Reporting to: EU HRBP Head Location: Watford, London Job Description Participate in strategic planning for business departments, understand business strategies and needs, and translate them into HR solutions. Identify pain points in daily business development and management processes, integrate the company's HR capabilities, and implement solutions effectively. Foster a high-performance culture within the business unit to drive the achievement of business objectives. Understand organizational change requirements, conduct risk assessments, communicate with stakeholders, and facilitate the successful implementation of changes. Promote, reinforce, and uphold the company's culture values within the business unit. Respond to the company's HR management needs and implement HR policies and practices within the business unit. Effectively manage employee relations, enhance employee engagement, and create a harmonious work environment. Recruit high-quality candidates to build a talent team for the business unit. Job Requirements At least 3 years of HRBP work experience. Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and analyze business needs. Solid management knowledge, strategic vision, and a comprehensive perspective. Passion for learning and excelling in business, management, and HR-related knowledge and skills. Goal-oriented, capable of solving HR issues for business departments. Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in English is preferred. Able to commute to office 4 days a week.
