In this desk-based role, you’ll be responsible for:
* Diagnosing faults and managing resolutions efficiently across a wide range of telecom services.
* Understanding customer needs and guiding them through implementation.
* Liaising with suppliers and escalating technical queries where appropriate.
* Provisioning telecom products and services accurately and promptly.
What we’re looking for:
* Experience in a telecommunications support role.
* Solid technical understanding of telecom systems; familiarity with Asterisk-based phone systems is a bonus.
* Strong multitasking skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
* Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
* A proactive team player with a keen eye for detail and organisational skills.
* Committed to confidentiality and maintaining high standards of customer service.
