This opportunity will be providing a high level of service to clients over the phone, via email and over teams, experience within a similar opportunity would be beneficial. The suitable candidate should have strong organisational skills, high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills, alongside being able to manage a heavy workload. Must be able to drive due to location - outskirts of Watford Some of the duties will include: Respond to customer queries over the phone, via email and over teams Processing customer orders accurately On boarding new customers, resolving any issues, ensuring a smooth experience for all customers Maintain and update the CRM database keeping customer information up to date Stay updated with product knowledge and services to provide best support for customers Working closely with other internal departments Manage a select group of accounts to provide a tailored service and optimise customer relationships Providing an aftercare to customers with follow ups to ensure any issues have been resolved, and they are satisfied with their overall experience The suitable candidate: Previous experience within customer service Good organisational skills Great communication skills on all levels Ability to multi-task Self-motivated and proactive Ability to work well in fast paced environment Must be able to drive due to location Looking for the next step in your career?
