We are currently looking for a Senior Support Worker to join our team at Shelton Care - Cauldon Place, based in Shildon. The Senior Support Worker Role As a Senior Support Worker your role will be to assist in the senior management to assess peoples support needs and work with people we support to initiate and develop new ideas and methods regarding the quality of service. The most important qualities needed are the ability to treat others with respect, listen to their needs and understand their emotions. Be Kind, friendly and honest. The Ideal Candidate Supporting adults with learning disabilities. Have a minimum of a Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care or working towards this. Able to motivate and manage a team.
