We’re currently seeking an Optimisation and Improvement Consultant to join our team at AXA Health and play a key role in delivering Systems Thinking Interventions. In this hands-on role, you’ll work closely with specific business units to drive improvement initiatives and ensure alignment with our strategic goals. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at our Tunbridge Wells or Leeds office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. What you’ll be doing: Align optimisation strategies with strategic goals and collaborate with senior management. Develop long-term optimisation strategies driving innovation and advantages in the business. Partner with business functions to identify opportunities, implement enhancements, and ensure effective resource utilisation. Guide interventions to identify areas for improvement across business functions. Analyse and redesign existing processes to increase productivity and enhance performance. Utilise data analytics to identify trends and provide actionable insights for informed actions. Establish key performance indicators to measure the success of optimisation efforts. Oversee change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of process improvements and optimisation initiatives. What you'll bring: Deep understanding and experience of utilising process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, CI other relevant frameworks. Strong management qualities and the ability to inspire and guide teams towards achieving optimisation and improvement goals. Proven experience in leading optimisation and improvement transformations across several initiatives, programmes, and businesses. Exceptional data analysis and problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering solutions by utilising the data. Excellent management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams. Project management expertise, with a focus on managing multiple projects and deadlines with a collaborative and adaptable mindset in a fast-paced environment. Confident and experienced in change management principles and experience in guiding organisational transformation. Continuous improvement mindset with a commitment to staying updated on industry trends and best practices. Ability to deliver customer and colleague centric changes, ensuring we keep close to adoptability of the practice’s outputs.
