HR Business Partner - Contract Workforce We are currently looking for a HR Business Partner to join our team Reporting to the Head of People Partnering and HR Operations, this role is as a key member of the HR team but will focus on partnering the clinical leadership and clinical operations teams, including a large contractor (self-employed) clinician population. You will be responsible for providing a wide-ranging HR business partnering service to support the delivery of people focused clinical operations that ensures effectiveness and compliance in a hybrid model environment (employed and contractor / self-employed). The HR Business Partner will champion and accelerate a culture of excellence that recognises and works with leadership to find solutions for the challenges and opportunities a largely contractor hybrid workforce model brings, but that still enables colleagues to feel engaged to deliver their best performance enabling Clinical Partners to deliver outstanding service to its patients. You will be a key stakeholder in developing and implementing compliant and effective people activities at all stages of the clinician lifecycle as well as providing effective support to the clinical leadership team and clinical operational leadership team in overseeing a hybrid and rapidly growing workforce Key Responsibilities: Responsible for providing a wide-ranging HR operational business partnering service to stakeholders ensuring they have the necessary tools and capability to deliver business strategies and are aware of our regulatory and employment law obligations. Offer subject matter expertise on organisational and people related strategy and execution relevant in an operational clinical functional area whilst in an hybrid environment. Devise and own processes, policies and working practices relevant to a clinical hybrid workforce and that also support a high growth and in which management is devolved to the appropriate parties or self-service mechanism. Ongoing lead in clinical people projects, including IR35 and clinician contract reviews from initiation to completion, ensuring that project objectives are met within scope, timeline and budget constraints and comply with relevant employment laws and regulations. Advise the HR, CLT and clinical operations teams or wider business on relevant employment law matters applicable in a growing business and with a hybrid model workforce that is complex and evolving to ensure consistency, legal compliance and risk mitigation. Requirements: CIPD Level 7, degree in HR, Business Admin or related field or equivalent experience Current and up to date working knowledge and understanding of employment legislation and regulations, particularly IR35 Proven HRBP or HR project management experience Demonstrable experience in a variety of HR functional areas especially hybrid models or working including employee, self-employed consultants / contractors. Lead and manage the clinician contract review project, including mapping the CEST determination, IR35 implications and managing the determination outcome implications effectively, ensuring that project objectives are met and comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
