Klett Consulting Group (KCG) is a federal support contractor headquartered in Hampton Roads. KCG provides specialized program support across multiple areas for both military and civilian agencies. KCG is seeking to expand our Enterprise Architecture team supporting multiple agencies including Joint Staff, Military Sealift Command, and Army customers. Responsibilities: Analyze requirements, procedures, and constraints as part of mission analysis to develop integrated solution sets Participate in risk mitigation planning Conduct training sessions and workshops on mission analysis and plans development Facilitate data collection workshops with subject matter experts Collaborate with operators and Project Leads to resolve issues and ensure solutions are viable and consistent Conduct regular reviews of systems and generating reports on efficiencies and improvement areas Structure and prioritize business requirements and communicating plans with stakeholders for review and approval Qualifications: Active Security Clearance BA/BS degree in related field Operational Staff experience (Joint Staff, COCOM, Service HQ) Critical thinking ability Strong problem-solving capacity High-level written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of data modeling and data visualization tools Enterprise Architecture experience desired US Citizen Benefits: 401(k) matching Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Disability insurance Life insurance Paid time off
