Description
The key responsibilities for the Digital Marketing Specialist will include:
1. Execute the Digital marketing plan, managing online marketing campaigns.
2. Analyse marketing activity results and report marketing KPIs.
3. Conduct research on target markets and monitor competitor's marketing efforts.
4. Manage multi-channel communications for B2B lead generation and brand awareness, website development, SEO, PPC, social media, direct mail, email, advertising, and PR.
5. Measure marketing effectiveness, report campaign ROI, and provide monthly KPI and budget reports.
6. Ensure the brand aligns with its market value proposition.
Profile
The successful Digital Marketing Specialist will have the below experience:
1. 2-3+ years of experience in digital marketing.
2. B2B industry experience is desirable, but not essential.
3. Competence in the use of CRM databases.
4. Ability to work with a content management system of a website.
5. Strong eye for design, with keen attention to detail.
6. Understanding of Pay Per Click and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO).
7. Familiarity with social media and social management tools.
8. Strategic thinking capabilities, delivering project goals on time and within budget.
9. Highly organised, self-motivated, able to prioritise and manage own time effectively.
10. Team player, willing to provide hands-on help as part of the team.
Job Offer
On offer for the Digital Marketing Specialist role: Competitive starting salary £32,000 - £37,000 depending on experience and hybrid working option.
