Job Description Veterinary Surgeon – Join a Supportive and Friendly Team Are you an enthusiastic Veterinary Surgeon looking to join a dynamic and supportive team? We are currently seeking a passionate vet to become part of a well-established, RCVS Practice Standards Accredited clinic. You will have the opportunity to work in a practice that provides clinical freedom, while also benefiting from the support and resources of a larger veterinary group. What You’ll Be Doing: You will be seeing a diverse range of cases, including medical and surgical treatments for cats, dogs, rabbits, and guinea pigs. Consultations are set at 20 minutes as standard, allowing time to provide exceptional care for each patient. Collaborate with a team that has a wide range of interests, from behaviour and wellness to small furry care. Enjoy the freedom to continue your professional development, with CPD actively encouraged and support available towards studying for Certificate-level qualifications. You will be confident handling routine surgical and medical cases, and enjoy building strong relationships with clients, patients, and your team. There will be occasional sole charge responsibility, but no out-of-hours work. What We’re Looking For: A confident Veterinary Surgeon with experience in routine surgical and medical cases. Someone passionate about developing relationships with clients and team members. Open to both full-time and part-time applicants. Flexible with working hours, including weekends on a 1-in-3 rota, with time off during the week. What We Offer: A competitive salary of up to £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience and full-time equivalent).
