Responsibilities:
1. To be the first contact for all After Sales Work instructions, ensuring the end customer is contacted within 24 hours of receiving the works instruction from the contractor.
2. To log and book in with the Service engineer within the allocated ‘emergency’ level as stipulated by the contractor in the works instruction.
3. To ensure the service engineer's diary is completed and passed to them the week before, ensuring all days are filled to capacity.
4. To ensure all materials required are logged under the CCF procedure and correct stock jobs, and are readily available for the engineer the previous week.
5. Responsible for all CCF return management that arises from replacements.
6. Keeping all internal service call schedules up to date with complete and concise information.
7. Responsible for ensuring contractors are aware of service call dates and completion notes sent back to them.
8. Responsible for issuing variation orders where applicable when works instructions are due to other trades.
