We are seeking a multifaceted Multimedia Operations Associate to forward efforts which streamline global business practices within the Multimedia Solutions (MMS) team. This Associate level role will work with the Director of MMS to develop and complete methods for enhancing business processes to boost efficiency, productivity, and overall performance. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and analytical competence to build flawless experiences for both users and MMS support staff, ensuring a smooth integration of new features and updates for all employees. This role is essential to helping the MMS team stay updated on business standard methodologies and encouraging a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and coordinate data management automation practices using Power Automate to reduce manual efforts of the MMS team to achieve significant time savings and capacity. • Leverage Power BI to improve data integrity and accessibility, crafting dashboards for MMS management that provide insights into service operations and costs. • Develop and supervise improvements in UX service request processes to optimize efficiency and realize global standardization. • Craft and manage custom ServiceNow dashboards for services to streamline ticket management and reduce ticket friction for team. • Reengineer ticketing workflow to eliminate administrative tasks, improve efficiency and improve the quality of our data. • Identify and implement methods to standardize and improve global team communications using MS Teams and other M365 products. • Assist in global reporting initiatives for Digital Workplace to improve analytical narratives. • Support MMS Director to enhance chargeback and cost-tracking models for better financial oversight and accuracy. Qualifications : • Proven expertise in: • Automation, AI, and Data Analytics platforms / tools • ServiceNow workflows and data management practices • Miro for documentation of processes • Analyzing usage metrics to identify & refine business strategies. • Partnering optimally with crucial project team members.
