Job responsibilities for Operations & Maintenance Coordinator: Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors. Following DVSA guidelines to ensure compliance activities are complete on all company vehicles. Challenge and authorise all work carried out for cost and quality purposes. Using an in-house system for raising and tracking purchase orders working within budget. Support continuous improvement of maintenance optimisation and feedback on vehicle maintenance performance and trends. Competencies required for the Operations & Maintenance Coordinator: Minimum of 5 years’ experience within the fleet maintenance industry. IMI qualifications desirable. CPC qualifications desirable. Good mechanical knowledge of commercial vehicles. Experience with financial targets and working within a budget. Experience with Microsoft platforms such as Excel required.
