They work globally with senior executives from Pharma & Biotech to deliver thought-leadership roundtable events in the Antibodies, ADC’s, Immunotherapies, Advanced Therapies, Oligonucleotides, and AI in Drug Discovery space. As part of an exciting expansion program to suit customer demand, they are now hiring 2 Data Lead Generators to manage the in house database and find relevant senior pharma & biotech decision-makers that can be invited to their international portfolio of b2b events. This role is suitable for a Science graduate with a passion for the life science industry. Preferably a lead generator who is keen to engage with key thought leaders shaping developments in the sector. The client will provide an extensive 3 month training programme to develop the right individual into a successful data researcher that will thrive in a high-paced, fun, & entrepreneurial environment. Key Tasks: Lead-source senior decision-makers from pharma & biotech companies that are relevant to the portfolio of events Use LinkedIn and Sales Navigator to find relevant contacts and build exportable lists Use CRM system to optimise your research campaigns by cross-referencing against existing data Work closely with the Production Team to conduct your research according to the guidelines set out in the Event Briefing Document Work closely with the Marketing Team to provide data for their Delegate Acquisition Campaigns Clean existing in-house data using the provided email verification tools Clean existing in-house data by checking that contacts are still relevant Research completive events and senior decision-makers from pharma & biotech companies • Engage with potential attendees and leaders on social media Key Skills & Experience: Degree in a Life Science related field Ability to understand the topics and presentations discussed at our events and match to relevant job-titles within pharma & biotech companies Excellent Attention to detail Passionate about developments in Life Science space Skilled in the use of LinkedIn search filters, keywords and Boolean search. Proficient in the use of spreadsheets (excel and/or Google Sheets) Self-motivated with lots of energy & enthusiasm to hit targets and make money Exceptionally well organised and able to manage your own diary efficiently Willing to learn quickly and to constantly develop your skills Excited to work in a fun, fast-paced, small team.
