About Your Role: In this role you'll support the Management in the running of this venue. You'll be the benchmark of customer service for The StillHouse, leading by example and training others to give the best customer experience possible. About the team: Your team - made up of competent and passionate colleagues - will be led by an experienced management team. About You: You'll have experience within the hospitality industry, or in a similar type of role in order to help steer the team. A knowledge of food, cocktails and other drinks is desirable but a willingness to learn if you don't is essential. We've got all the tools, you just need to be excited to learn. You also must be customer focused, making sure every single experience a customer has with us is absolutely standout.
